Concert Recap: G-Eazy’s These Things Happen Tour, Columbus, OH

G-Eazy Concert at the A&R Music Bar in Columbus, Ohio

Kurt Rockmore
Kurt started the night off with a bang. He was only on stage for a short amount of time but he made the most of it. Kurt chugged a bottle of liquor, dove off the stage and performed two songs in a 20 minute span.

Devin Miles
Devin is a pittsburgh native who put it down last night. He may not have been on the bill, but everyone in the venue knew who he was by the end of his set. Be on the lookout for more from Devin Miles in the future.

Tory Lanez
Toronto native Tory Lanez kicked off the night with a few bangers then slowed it down in the middle of his set to showcase some of his range on the mic.

Rockie Fresh
MMG affiliate Rockie Fresh shut Columbus down last night with a heavy set with jams such as “Aladdin” and “Panera Bread”. He kept the crowd energetic throughout his 45 minute set and even took his patented picture with the entire crowd at the end.

Your girlfriends favorite rapper, Young Gerald, lived up to expectations in front of a sold out crowd at the A & R Music Bar in Columbus, Ohio.  His performance consisted of a good mix of old songs such as ” Make-Up Sex”, “Runaround Sue” and “Reefer Madness.” G-Eazy also performed an unreleased song, that is most likely going to end up on his upcoming album These Things Happen, which is releasing later this year. Check out the video of that song below.

Thanks to Blizzy Blake (G-Eazy’s Drummer) for hanging out with the Smooth Waves team before he took to the stage. DSC_0156
