Mick Jenkins and Supa BWE don’t sugarcoat things with “Treat Me (Caucasian)” video

Mick-Jenkins-Trees-and-Truth

Chicago’s Mick Jenkins has been making a lot of music lately, a lot of music that is very socially conscious. From his mixtape The Water[s] to his latest song “Treat Me (Caucasian) he hasn’t shied away from subjects that are uncomfortable for a lot of people. Which is good. The only way things are ever going to change is if people talk about them. It’s not going to do anyone any good to sit around and turn a blind eye on the injustices that occur on a daily basis in this country. “Treat Me (Caucasian)” has a very blunt message, treat me like a white person. More music like this is exactly what we need and love to listen to.
