It might have been a minute since Mac Miller and Sap linked up and made a track but this is nothing to sleep on. The vocal sample is on point and Mac snaps. I’m really hoping Mac drops another project soon because GOOD AM had me wanting more, way more. In the meantime check out Sap’s “C4” below.

Curren$y- “In My City” featuring T.Y.

45091-show-93091.jpgSpitta doesn’t sleep man. He dropped a new album in December, a mixtape in January and another mixtape on Valentine’s Day. I’m telling you, Curren$y is never off his game. Today, we get another gem with a feature from T.Y. titled “In My City.” This song is an obvious nod to New Orleans and that trunk definitely bangs. Stream this bad boy below and don’t expect Curren$y to slow down anytime soon.

iLoveMakonnen is still drinking water and selling drugs

makonnen.jpgMakonnen has a new mixtape on the way, and it is so cleverly titled Drink More Water 6. No hate though, Makonnen has been on a roll as of late. His first single off of the project, “Sellin” is accompanied by a video that takes the OVO artist and Atlanta native to some random ass art gallery. It is just a weird overall vibe and ascetic but the beat is just so damn hard. Expect to drop on iTunes March 18th. You can find the pre-order here.

M.I.A. Still Has Choice Words for the NFL

mia-gun

After stirring up a legal storm by flipping off the camera at her 2012 Super Bowl Performance, M.I.A. isn’t finished with the NFL. “Boom ADD” is her latest single and she’s clearly not over all the hate she got with her performance. With the NFL suing for $16.6 million at one point, M.I.A. took it as an attack not only on her, but her reputation and non-western way of doing things. Her first line, “Brown girl brown girl turn you’re shit down, you know America don’t wanna here you’re sound” says it all. Listen to “Boom ADD” below.
