Jay-Z’s “4:44” hits the street on June 30th

Sprint & Tidal users are getting a treat on June 30th. A few days ago Jay-Z announced he was releasing his new album and movie (possibly a documentary?) next week exclusively on his streaming service and Sprint’s mobile network. On top of all that, the entire album is solely produced by legendary No I.D. It has been over four years since we have gotten a full fledged project from the rapper so let the hype begin! Be on the lookout for more info on the project in the coming days and hopefully a single. June 30th is just right around the corner!

At this point I’m pretty sure Jay Elec will never be releasing his album so anytime a loose single from him releases I know it will be a good day. Today is one of those days. Inspired by Kevin Durant’s performance in the 2017 NBA finals, Jay Electronica has liberated a single titled “Letter to Falon.” The song has a nice, driving beat that was co-produced by The Bullitts, Paul Epsworth and Electronica himself. Give it a listen below and thank Kevin Durant for this one.
