TDE’s take over of 2016 continues with new Ab-Soul album releasing this Friday

With 2016 coming to a close TDE has one more record drop scheduled. Ab-Soul’s long awaited album DWTW is set to come out this Friday alongside J.Cole’s upcoming release. Soul hasn’t put out much since his 2014 album These Days… In celebration of the announcement the rapper took to Twitter to liberate this Soundcloud link of a new song that will also be on the album titled “Threatening Nature.”

Personally, I’m not a fan of videos. I really don’t have the attention span to sit and watch a video when I can just listen to the song itself. However, the chemistry that Black Hippy has and their personalities made this video worth a watch or two. Check it out below.

Ab-Soul- “47 Bars” (Produced by The Alchemist)

dsc_0429It looks as if Ab-Soul leaked this Alchemist produced song himself through a mysterious soundcloud user name. He had a tweet saying:

It is funny because the song itself is actually incredibly good, and could have been saved for some sort of project. Maybe it is a leak off of the upcoming Long Term 3? Only time will tell. In the meantime, stream “47 Bars” below.
