Vince Staples continues the oceanic theme, following the conclusion of his Life Aquatic tour with Kilo Kish, the Long Beach rapper announced he will be dropping off an album in June titled Big Fish Theory. Staples has been dropping nothing but heat for a few years and Big Fish Theory doesn’t look like it will be changing that trend. In the video Staples dons a Stone Island track suit with a fresh pair of Chucks while a shark ominously circles his sinking ship. Check out the visuals for the song below.
HBK’s IamSu! dropped off a brand new track earlier today. The self-produced cut, “Next Season,” features fellow HBK Gang members 1-O.A.K. & HBK CJ. The song will probably end up on Converse Rubber Track’s Noise To The World EP.
Converse has been doing a great job of bringing artists together for their CONS project. On their upcoming CONS EP Vol. 2, they bring together Flatbush Zombies and Trash Talk for one of the tracks. Check out the track below.
Thanks to Converse for making this happen. The Bots band and Los Rakas teamed up on this track as an experimental release off the Converse music compilation CONS EP VOL.1. Both groups have vastly different sounds but compliment each other extremely well on “Spaceshippin,” with The Bots handling the hook and production and Los Rakas laying down some killer bars, check it below.
As a part of Converse’s Three Artists series, Frank Ocean, Diplo, Mick Jones and Paul Simonon bless us with a track titled “Hero”. Frank boasts some great vocals while Diplo and half of The Clash put together the beat. It is a really interesting track and make sure to check in below.
